Licences

The Processing of applications for environmental licences is a key of the National Environment and Planning Agency. How to make an application for licences

Individuals or businesses wishing to make applications for licences are required to complete the respective application forms an adhere to the checklists for the applicable categories.

Applications that are not in conformance with the checklists will not be accepted.
