The trade in endangered species of wild fauna and flora is regulated in Jamaica by the following:

• The Endangered Species (Protection, Conservation and Regulation of Trade) Act, 2000 and Regulations

• The Plants (Quarantine) Act, 1997 and Regulations

• The Animals (Diseases and Importation) Act, 1948 and Regulations

• The Aquaculture, Island and Marine Products and By-products (Inspection Licensing and Export) Act 2013 and Regulations
