Hydrochlorofluorocarbon Phase Out Management Plan (HPMP)

The Hydrochlorofluorocarbon Phase-out Management Plan (HPMP) is the project that facilitates the phase-out Hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs) which are Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS). The main implementing partner for this project is the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the co-operating implementing agency is the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP).
