PRESS RELEASE - November 28, 2007

The National Environment and Planning Agency (NEPA) takes this opportunity to apologise for the late arrival of the Contractor General’s Third Quarterly Report a day later than the Wednesday, October 31, 2007 deadline.  

The Agency wishes to state that the report was in fact prepared on time as is customary, and was delivered to the Office of the Contractor General (OCG) on October 30, by electronic mail. However, it was later discovered that the report was erroneously sent to the wrong email address, leading to the late submission. The hard copy was delivered a day late on November 1, and for that the Agency takes full responsibility.   

NEPA has maintained an impeccable track record regarding the preparation and punctual delivery of the quarterly report and advises that additional measures have been taken to ensure future compliance.
